Employment Opportunity: Full-Time Lead Custodian (Minocqua, WI)

Join our dedicated team at Right Shine Janitorial LLC as a Full-Time Lead Custodian for a K-8 school. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and quality in an educational environment.

**Position Details:**
🗓️Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (occasional weekends or extra hours may be required)
💰Compensation: Based on experience and competitive within the industry

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the overall cleaning quality of the school, managing a team of two custodians.
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning projects and tasks.
- Request and manage supplies, equipment, and materials necessary for cleaning.
- Communicate effectively with the school’s maintenance staff as needed.
- Perform various cleaning duties, ensuring high standards are met.
- Utilize stripping and waxing techniques, and operate floor and carpet machines, along with window cleaning procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- Must have experience in stripping and waxing floors.
- Familiarity with floor and carpet cleaning equipment and window cleaning procedures is essential.
- Lead or supervisory experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Candidates are subject to a background check.

The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) requires most companies doing business in the United States to file a BOI report with the U.S. Department of Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). A reporting company created or registered to do business before January 1, 2024, will have until January 1, 2025 to file its initial beneficial ownership information report. There are a few exceptions but most will need to file (sole proprietors may not need to file depending on whether they have an employer ID or other factors). Existing companies have one year to file, while new companies must file within 90 days of creation or registration. Reporting companies must provide pieces of information about each beneficial owner: Name, Date of birth, and Address etc. Link to file in comments.

Employment Opportunity: Auto Dealership Cleaner

Join our team cleaning at an auto dealership in Minocqua, WI. We are seeking a dedicated individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the dealership shines for their staff and customers.

📍 Location: Minocqua, WI
⏰ Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after 5pm
💰 Pay: $16.35/hr negotiable based on similar job experience

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, show areas and common areas and stock dispensers
-Clean break area appliances
-Organize reading materials and pamphlets
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and surfaces
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
-Assist with hard floor care and deep cleans a few times per year on weekends

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred, but not required
- Attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
-Ability to work independently
