We’re hiring for a unique cleaning position that includes a small office at XPO Trucking and entryway/common area/stairwell cleaning at Nicolet College.
🕒 Schedule:
• Mon/Wed/Fri: XPO (30 min) + College Touch-up
Start between 11 AM – 2:30 PM (Flexible)
• Tues/Thurs: College touch-up only (Noon-2/2:30 PM-Flexible)
• Done early afternoon every day
🚗 Paid Travel + Mileage
Stay on the clock traveling from XPO to the college
• mileage reimbursement for the 4.5‑mile drive (M/W/F)

🧹 What You’ll Do:
• Clean a small office, bathroom, and common area at XPO
• Clean entryways, glass, mats, and stairwells and occasionally special requests for stains or similar for the college.
• Fast‑paced but routine once trained. There is a full crew of 10 who clean the college overnights -this is a contracted "touch-up" day position allotted 2 / 2.5 hours.
* Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a national background check per client requirements.

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Lead Custodian to join our team at Right Shine Janitorial LLC in the US. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional janitorial services while fostering a sustainable environment. This position will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and organization across Nicolet College campus overnight.

Schedule is Saturday through Wednesday nights.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily cleaning operations to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Support janitorial staff with various tasks including floor care and maintenance.
Help with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Participate in training sessions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Maintain safety protocols while performing cleaning duties.
Assist in special projects as needed, contributing to overall facility upkeep.
Provide excellent customer service.
Fill in for Head Supervisor at a higher rate of pay when needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is highly desirable.
An understanding of cleaning techniques and ability to follow safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods of cleaning.
Physical stamina for lifting and moving equipment as required.
