One Spot Left ☝️❤️

Join Nikki Ellis & Michele Baumgartner on the 1st day of Spring for a fully immersive sound & yoga experience. We will start with setting the intention of what our hearts want to grow and manifest this spring. Aligning with the season of new growth & fresh beginnings, it is the perfect time to be intentional with what we are trying to create & grow in our lives.

Nikki will start us out by connecting deeply with our foundation, our bodies. Tuning into the rhythm of our great Mother Earth that holds us giving us everything needed to grow & bloom.

Next we'll settle in while Michele takes us on a journey to connect our foundation with the Great Father Sky. Listening deeply to the voice of our higher self, tuning deeply into what we want to let go of to make space for our new growth. Shedding the old layers that are no longer needed so our seeds can sprout and flourish.

Please set aside 90 minutes for the full experience. Limited Space ~ please book early to reserve your spot. This collaboration will happen at Nichole's Esthetics Studio at 8 W Davenport.
