Well it’s official, I have decided to do a Thursday night yoga classes called Grounded. Starting June 11th 6:30-7:30PM Grounded is a slow-paced wellness class focused on mindful movement, nervous system support, and rebuilding strength gently. Classes may include yoga flow, mobility work, resistance bands, therapy balls for self-massage, guided meditation, breathwork, and sound healing elements. Simple, supportive, and effective for every body.
So many paths have led me to this one, and I couldn’t be more excited to finally jump into this new part of my career. Thank you all for being patient and supporting me through the transitions 🫶🏻
