I took today off — but I didn’t take it easy.

Woke up early, made breakfast and lunch for my wife and daughter. Dropped my little one off at school. Came home and got after it — cleaned the kitchen, washed dishes, degreased the stove, cleared the dinner table, cleaned the guest bathroom, swept the floors, washed the dog, folded laundry, and even helped my daughter with her homework.

The gym builds your body — but home builds your character. 🏠💪

Discipline isn’t just about lifting heavy. It’s about leading with love, showing consistency in your actions, and building a foundation your family can depend on.

"From 227lbs to 202lbs: My Weight Loss Journey—185lbs, Here I Come!"

This journey has been nothing short of a challenge, but I’m proud to share that I’ve gone from 227lbs down to 202lbs! 🎉 My ultimate goal is to reach my ideal weight of 185lbs, and I know it’s going to take even more discipline to get there.

Here are the steps that got me where I am today:
1. **Consistent Workouts** – Focusing on a mix of strength training, cardio, and functional fitness.
2. **Clean Eating** – Cutting out processed foods, reducing sugar, and sticking to a balanced, high-protein diet.
3. **Calorie Management** – Staying within my daily caloric needs and making sure to fuel my body with nutrient-rich meals.
4. **Accountability** – Tracking my progress and having a support system to keep me on track.
5. **Mindset Shift** – Focusing not just on the scale but on how my body feels and performs daily.

**Next Steps to Reach 185lbs**:
- **Increased Discipline** – Staying strict on my eating plan, especially on weekends.
