After a long birthday weekend, Executive Director Zach returned to the office expecting a normal Tuesday…instead, he was met with a fully decked-out office bursting with balloons, streamers, and a celebration! 🎂🎁🎈

The surprise wasn’t just the decorations - it was the heart behind them. Our incredible team came together to make his return extra special, and Zach was truly touched by the effort and thoughtfulness.

Today, we highlighted "Christmas in July" with a festive dress-up day - and while it was a bit too warm for ugly sweaters, our team didn’t miss a beat! Instead, they made great use of Executive Director Zach’s collection of Christmas ties to spread some holiday cheer.

National Nursing Assistants Week is rollin’ right along, and today we saddled up for a Cowboy Dress-Up Day! From boots to bandanas, our team wrangled up some serious Western spirit — including our Maintenance Director, who showed up dressed like a true Texas Ranger! 🤩🔥

The best part? A rootin’-tootin’ group photo with our incredible team who bring heart, hustle, and hometown care to our residents every day. We couldn’t be prouder to celebrate them all week long!

As part of our National Nursing Assistants Week celebrations, we went totally tropical with a Hawaiian Dress-Up Day! Our incredible CNAs brought the sunshine with their bright leis, floral shirts, and island spirit! 🤙🌞

From hula skirts to coconut cups, today was all about honoring our amazing caregivers with a little extra joy and a lot of aloha. We are so grateful for the compassion, heart, and hard work our CNAs bring every single day. 💙
