Hey everyone- Janelle here! (Dave/husband/business manager also in picture) 🙂 If you don't know me, I just happen to be the co-owner of Cornerstone and I'm SOOO passionate about what we do here. We specialize in helping people get better- mentally and physically and it's so exciting to see all the people we've helped in almost 6 years of business. Our staff has grown to 15 (including us owners) which includes 9 therapists, 1 dietitian, 2 medical providers, and office staff. I began this business because my passion was (and is) to do mental health differently. Stop just giving people pills and drugging them up (pills I wouldn't take myself!) and really help them heal. Sometimes that does include medications but we, here at Cornerstone, get to think outside the box. Along with thinking outside the box and healing, we have been offering ketamine assisted psychotherapy in our Plover location for three years and wow- has it been successful! The research we've done in house is that it has reduced suicidal thoughts (or eliminated them) in 95% of cases. That is phenomenal. Truly. We are hoping to spread this service to Rice Lake at some point soon so if you're interested, please let us know!

We can serve anyone in the state of Wisconsin, we work with 40+ insurances including Medicaid and Medicare, and we HAVEN'T had a wait list in at least 6 months (my goal is that we NEVER have a wait list). We are a VERY different kind of outpatient mental health. We truly are looking for what will help you to feel healthy and better- not just handing out pills in hopes that your symptoms will improve. We believe that mental health concerns are a result of internal body and brain issues and when we work on those things, people heal. Improve. Get their life back. For some people we see, this is an "annoying" way to do business (because it's different from providers just giving meds). For most, what we offer is a life-saving opportunity. Give us a shot.

We have groups!! These groups are telehealth here in Rice Lake as they are in-person at the Plover location. Here's the process for joining:
1. Call to become a patient (which includes us checking your insurance information)
2. Complete paperwork
3. You will be called for an intake
4. Ask to join the group you're interested in!

Just that simple! We accept 40+ insurances including Medicaid and Medicare. Please share and spread the word! 📣
