Registered Nurse JaDean Giesel was named Trauma Nurse of the month for two months in a row.

In April, JaDean played a critical role in transferring two trauma patients within the three-hour benchmark while simultaneously assisting with complex procedures like chest tube insertions. His ability to manage multiple high-acuity tasks under pressure truly stood out.

Then in May, JaDean faced the added challenge of a language barrier and difficult patient. He navigated the situation with professionalism, ensuring optimal care.
