Musculoskeletal pain can happen to anyone for a number of reasons. My background in sports medicine acupuncture provides me with a unique view of the body and how to treat these issues directly for quick relief!

I just learned that some people believe acupuncture is only for the back! Oh no! This is my second knee treatment of the day where we needle *into* the joint and supporting muscles. (Also contrary to popular belief that acupuncture only needles into the skin layers).

A knee treatment like this can help with post-surgical recovery, healing from an injury, arthritis, overuse, etc. It can reduce inflammation, improve blood flow, break up scar tissue, and promote healing in the area.

Other things we can treat from the front of your body are: allergies, headaches and migraines, stress, anxiety, insomnia, menstrual pain/irregularities, digestive/bowl issues, acid reflux, and SO MUCH MORE!
