Today, we are proud to celebrate our Director of Health, Carli Wanink, RN, for seven years of outstanding service to the Brentwood community! Carli consistently goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our residents. Her compassion shines through in everything she does—she truly has a heart for those she serves. Not only is she deeply committed to resident care, but she is also passionate about equipping our staff with the tools and support they need to succeed. Carli’s knowledge, dedication, and leadership are invaluable. She lives out the Vista Prairie mission every single day and brings positivity and joy to everyone around her.

Marlene was nominated for her exceptional ability to make new residents and their families feel welcome. With 30 years of experience as a Chamber Director, her natural hospitality and enthusiasm for community shine brightly at Brentwood. She generously opens her apartment to prospective residents and families on tour, helping them feel at home from the very first visit. Beyond that, Marlene is always willing to lend a helping hand, offering extra support to fellow residents during activities. Her kindness and welcoming spirit make a meaningful difference in our community every day.
