I'm feeling gratitude for waking my body up with friends in the studio this morning. Join us on Saturday mornings at 10 am for a little bit of strength mixed with stretch and relaxation.

The best way to start your weekend is by releasing the tension you stored over the week, challenging yourself with body-weight strength training, and renewing your nervous system and mind with breathwork and gentle movement.

$10 drop in, or ONLY $30/month for unlimited classes!
