About Us:
Royal Visiting Physician (Royal VP) provides in-home primary care services for seniors in assisted living, memory care, and retirement communities. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RN or LVN to join our care team in Texas.

Position: Clinical Nurse (RN or LVN)
Location: North Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Medication management, reconciliation, and refills
Chronic Care Management (CCM) & Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) support
Performing diagnostic procedures (ABI/ANS testing)
Handling clinical phone calls and patient/family communication
Assisting with Annual Wellness Visits (AWV)
Supporting physician with care coordination and documentation

Qualifications:
Active RN or LVN license in Texas (required)
Prior experience in geriatric, primary care, or home health preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
