“Recovery changed my life—and now I get to help others change theirs. As someone in recovery, I understand firsthand the fear, hope, and strength it takes to begin again. That lived experience fuels my passion for connecting individuals and families with support that’s not just clinically sound, but deeply human.

In my role as a Chapter House Business Development Representative, I get to build genuine relationships with providers, therapists, and community partners in the DFW area. I love being the bridge that helps people find their next right step in treatment and sober living.

Outside of work, I’m all about balance. You can usually find me on a walk outside, spending time with my husband and our cat, journaling, hitting a workout class, or indulging in a good book or podcast. I believe in staying grounded through routine, movement, laughter, and meaningful connection—inside and outside the recovery world.”
