Tuesday, January 13, 2026 - Why Meditation Retreat? : Value of Deep-Dive and Maha-Community

Happy New Year! I hope deepening your Mindfulness practice is part of your New Year’s vision!

In that spirit, I will share my experience of a meditation retreat, which has been so valuable in deepening my practice.

Going away for several days to focus on Mindfulness might seem daunting! My hope is that upon hearing what other sangha/community members experienced at the retreat, you could consider a meditation retreat as something you want to add to this coming year.

Hope to see you there!
Jiyoon bowing out.
