Dallas Meditation Center is the first interfaith meditation center of North Texas. Dallas Meditation Center's vision is to provide an Interfaith setting for people of different religious traditions (or no religious tradition) to practice Mindful Spirituality with an emphasis on inclusivity, music and nature. Whether you want to learn about mindfulness and meditation, cultivate your existing meditation practice or find a weekly group to meditate with, you're sure to find a class, workshop or group that will support your path in a loving, welcoming environment.
