We had a sweet time celebrating Nurse Week at Ridgecrest Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center!
Our sundae bar was a huge hit and just a small way to say THANK YOU to the rockstar nurses who give so much every single day.

What a wonderful discussion about end-of-life planning with Pathway's own Jan Gartenberg being interviewed by Brian Levy, partner in Manchester Living and host of the Manchester Living Podcast! We are so proud of Jan and his commitment to educating the public about hospice care and philosophy. I love the poem shared about "the years between the dash". Very moving and thought provoking. Pathway Hospice Family and Partners

Just wanted to make you all aware of a new piece on our blog. Dr. Tamara McGregor was kind enough to share with us her thoughts on palliative care and how to know when a patient is ready for that path.

She's an inspiring speaker and incredibly experienced in our field and her message in this piece is no different than talking with her in person... direct and earnest and so knowledgeable. It is a great read for all of us and also invaluable to recommend as a resource for anyone trying to get a better understanding of when to start the palliative care and hospice journey, or when to recommend that path to a family.
