Pathway Hospice Christmas Party 2025 is officially in the books! 🎄🎳
What a fun night filled with lots of laughs, great conversations, friendly bowling competition, and amazing food. Everyone had a blast, and it was the perfect way to celebrate the season together. ❤️

🎅Santa brought so many smiles to the residents at Rowlett Health And Rehabilitation! From laughter and photo ops to holiday cheer all around, it was such a joy to see faces light up and spirits lifted. Moments like these truly remind us what the season is all about — connection, joy, and a little Christmas magic ❤️🎄

Today was such a wonderful day!
Healthcare teams, pastors, insurance partners, and community members all came together to help fill 250 Bags of Cheer for our local seniors through Meals On Wheels.

It was inspiring to see so many people unite with giving hearts to make a difference this holiday season! 🎄❤️

Our Community Liaisons had a wonderfully festive day spreading holiday cheer! 🎄

Melissa joined in some holiday fun making homemade Christmas cards with Kendra from Right at Home at the Fate Senior Center, such a sweet way to brighten seniors’ days! ❤️🎨

Then our Liaison Nischelle teamed up with our amazing Social Worker, Cathy, for a Lunch & Learn at Celina Senior Center. We love connecting, educating, and supporting our community!

And to finish off the night, our Liaison Barbara joined Santa and Mrs. Claus at Mayberry Gardens Denton for some Christmas magic and smiles all around! Thanks Nicole, Kim, Charlotte and Mirna🎅

So proud of our team for representing Pathway Hospice with heart, joy, and holiday spirit everywhere they go. 🎄🌸

We had such a fun day at Lynridge Assisted Living & Memory Care! The residents were all smiles as they enjoyed delicious root beer floats and refreshing creamsicle floats. 🍦🥤
Nothing better than sweet treats and sweet company!
