Spring 2025 Supervision Update and Ethics Seminar

The Spring 2025 Supervision Update and Ethics Seminar is scheduled for Friday, May 2nd, at the IQ Headquarters located in Richardson, Texas. This six-hour training session will fulfill the BHEC Continuing Education requirements for LMFT and LPC Supervisors. Attendees will benefit from four presentations designed to enhance their skills as supervisors and therapists. The Spring 40-Hour Transformative Supervision Training Course is marking 20 years of excellence in preparing LPC and LMFT Supervisors. Led by Dr. Ken Bateman, this interactive and experiential program aligns with the requirements set by the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Board and the Licensed Professional Counselor Board.

Dr. Bateman’s supervision course features small group learning, fostering active participation and engagement. The curriculum typically includes four in-class sessions—two sessions each month—along with assigned outside coursework to be completed between the two sets of classes.
