✨⭐️Yoga Nidra this Sunday⭐️✨
Yoga Nidra is intend to induce full body relaxation, bringing calmness, quietness and clarity to body and mind. Yoga Nidra will leave you with a feeling of Rejuvenation. Brooke invites you to join her for this 75 minute guided meditation practice that will include vibrational sounds from bowls and chimes. This class is intended for all levels and is not heated. Just bring your yoga mat and come dressed in loose comfortable clothing. You don’t want to miss it!
