At Texas Infectious Disease Institute, our mission is to blend modern medicine with the time-honored values and compassion we believe all patients deserve. Galleon Virtual Services has become our IT support to assist us with that mission.
Galleon Virtual Services came into our clinic at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and did an evaluation with zero upfront costs. Galleon’s team has gone beyond IT repairs to transforming the day to day operations by creating a simpler environment while maintaining a stable and secure network. GVS updated our phone system, making it possible for our staff to work from home without ever missing urgent calls. They also created a Microsoft SharePoint environment which created a secure data transfer method between our staff and billing partner, Your MedSource, who was able to utilize this from day one. I am happy to recommend Galleon’s services to anyone looking to modernize and save money on their IT infrastructure.
A BIG SHOUT OUT for Galleon Virtual services! Thank you for keeping us and our patients safe.
