She carefully picked her birth team, prepared her mind & body, educated herself & crafted her birth plan and choices. When It became best to add some additional birth team members at Baylor University Medical Center to achieve our goals, mom adjusted gracefully & powerfully pushed out her baby with her husband, midwife, doula by her side. And not a dry eye in the house. 💗

We believe acupuncture and Chinese medicine have a role to play in helping reduce stress and keeping people healthy. We take this commitment seriously and will remain open until mandated to close.

While we maintained strict cleaning procedures already, we are following CDC recommendations and have made our cleaning protocols more stringent to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus and COVID-19.

Any last minute cancellation fees will be waived until this passes.

We do ask, if you have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath that you stay at home.

Pediatric acupuncture is a great alternative treatment for anxiety, stress, and ADHD. This sweet girl couldn’t get enough of Dr. Bianca and was so excited for her next treatment. ❤️

You might have noticed that I’m not in the office as much. Instead, I’ve been working on my doctorate, sitting in this spot, writing all the words on all the things. 5 papers so far, countless articles to read, reflect, and comment on, group projects, and at least 3 more papers until the end of the semester!

Saturdays are back with Dr. Bianca Yturralde!

Dr. Bianca Yturralde is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Texas and holds a Doctor if Oriental Medicine in the State of New Mexico. Bianca focuses on pain, emotional health, and stress induced. She looks forward to sharing her gifts with the Dallas community and is excited to join you on your path to healing.

Have the allergies not been crazy this summer? Excited to try out this tincture for my kiddo from Blue Poppy to alleviate his allergies. In Chinese medicine, allergies are a manifestation of ‘evil wind’ (pollen) entering your body and your body’s inability to handle it. It’s a good alternative to try instead of a daily Claritin.
My husband says it’s perfect for our kiddo because he likes to break wind. 😂

Happy Thanksgiving! So very thankful for my family, friends, and amazing patients! So very excited to spend some time off to relax. I’ll be back in the office on Monday.

I love elephants. They are my spirit animal. After a slightly traumatizing incident at the clinic, I needed to be with nature and these loving animals. 😍🐘😍🐘

I love treating pregnant women! Especially ones I helped get pregnant. 😍Acupuncture is a great alternative to help with ailments such as the common cold, headaches, anxiety, allergies, and more during pregnancy when you can’t take prescription drugs.

Get ready for germs with kids going back to school and flu season just around the corner. Patients can grab a free anti-bacterial spray on their way out to help keep hands clean!
