Save the Date 📅 Our annual V-Day Partner Yoga & Fitness event is back!!
Bring a friend or romantic partner and discover playful ways to exercise as a pair. Working out together can be a great way to foster trust, build communication, strengthen bonds, and have lighthearted fun. 🤩 Workshop is 90 min and includes partner yoga to start and finish, partner workout exercises in the middle, refreshing Valentines beverages, and a photo backdrop to capture the moment. 😍 Come play— this one is really fun!
