Has anyone else read/listened to “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz? I recently finished it for a 3rd time on Audible. A pretty quick ~2.5 hour listen. Funny how the mind captures something new each time you re-visit things!

Chapter 1 is about (what Ruiz defines as) “domestication” and is particularly engaging, testing the limits of who we think we are and what we ACTUALLY are. I love anything that challenges status quo and how I think, pushing my brain to literally pause and open to a deepened and/or new perspective. And even when/if I don’t fully believe that perspective, learning how others think and why they may believe what they believe, still inspires awe, and I find it fascinating to consider. This book does all of this, so, if you’re similar in any way, I highly recommend this book!!

Has anyone else used ? I just took a chance on an annual subscription and can’t wait to get my first planner! Also, loving their app so far, which provides daily affirmations and additional tools/resources.

Yoga is the connection between the mind, body, and soul. It’s incredible how, when the mind gives permission to the body, it will open it to relax and calm, allowing muscles to stretch a little deeper. Using this to also manage your anxiety is phenomenal!! ✌️💗🧘‍♀️
