As 2025 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on a year that held deep pain, profound growth, and ongoing healing. It was a year that asked a lot of me—personally and professionally—and one that also brought incredible people, meaningful connections, and moments of beauty I will always carry with me.
I am deeply grateful for the opportunities to create and hold spaces for others—to witness participants show up with courage, curiosity, and a commitment to their own healing and growth. Being part of that journey is something I never take for granted.
This year also reminded me that healing is not linear. It is layered, humbling, and transformative. I am still healing, still growing, and still learning who I am—both as a person and as a professional.
To my friends, family, colleagues, and community: thank you. Truly. I would not have made it through the pain, heartache, and growth of this year without your support, encouragement, and belief in me. Thank you to everyone who has supported Bridging Hearts and who has supported me personally and professionally—you mean more than you know.
As I step into a new year, I do so with hope, resilience, and openness to new ventures, deeper self-knowing, and continued healing. I look forward to another year of growth, connection, and shared adventures in healing.

I’m excited to share that I am now a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC) through PESI & Evergreen Certifications!

This specialization deepens my ability to support clients experiencing narcissistic abuse, relational trauma, and emotional recovery. The training pushed me, challenged me, and reminded me of the importance of pausing, grounding, and doing this work with compassion and competence.

I’m grateful for the growth and honored to bring this enhanced expertise to the individuals and communities I serve through Bridging Hearts LLC.

Yesterday, I had the wonderful opportunity to offer a sound bath for the students at Teaneck High School. I absolutely love witnessing the initial curiosity as students experience sound healing for the first time — and how, by the end, that curiosity transforms into a deep sense of calm, peace, and relaxation. 💫

🌟 A Night to Remember 🌟

Last night’s Latino Mental Health Association of New Jersey Gala was truly inspiring! 💫
It was wonderful to be surrounded by a room full of culture, pride, camaraderie, and community — seeing so many familiar faces, reconnecting with old colleagues, and celebrating our shared commitment to mental health within the Latino community.

Events like this remind me of the power of representation and unity — how coming together not only honors our roots but strengthens our collective mission to create spaces of healing, visibility, and belonging. ❤️💛💚
