A great networking event yesterday with BOMA Greater Cleveland. Property Managers were out in full force, and actively engaging with vendors. The Keynote Speaker provided a deep dive into Greater Cleveland as the 17th Largest Region in the nation, with an overview of exciting projects, such as, Bedrock's $3.5B riverfront development, the $210M Cavaliers and Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center, and lakefront plans. And the Browns? Never say never...

Candidate must have a clean criminal history, high school diploma or GED, and be at least 18 years of age. Tow motor or forklift experience preferred, but not required, will train to run a ride-on auto scrubber & ride-on pallet jack. $16.00/per hour, EWA (Earned Wage Access) available through Payactiv for receiving advanced pay, 401(k) w/ approx. 3.5 % company match and paid vacation both available after one year service, $500 sign on bonus, paid in two installments of $250 @ 90- & 180-days completion.
