Big news from Stepping Stone Clinic — Occupational Therapy is back! And we’re thrilled to introduce our new OT, Dr. Courtney Mangan.

Courtney brings years of experience supporting kids, teens, and families through sensory processing, emotional regulation, motor skills, daily living skills, and executive functioning. She combines clinical expertise with a creative, patient-centered approach that helps every child feel seen, supported, and capable. As a new mom, Courtney also loves partnering with parents and has a special passion for working with babies and toddlers, helping families build nurturing routines and confidence during those early years.

Her passion for neurodivergent learners, her background in pediatric rehabilitation, and her genuine care for families make her such an exciting addition to our team. 🧡

We can’t wait for you to meet her and experience the meaningful, strengths-based work she brings to Stepping Stone Clinic. How cool is that!?

A restorative retreat for parents, healthcare workers, and others who spend their lives caring for others. Think stress relief, self-care strategies, burnout prevention, and meaningful connection with people who get it.

🌀 Creating Community for Neurodivergent Young Adults
Designed for ages 18–26, this retreat is a launchpad for independence—time management, budgeting, relationships, stress tools—and most importantly, connection and belonging.
