Youable Emotional Health Our mission is to empower people of all ages to live an emotionally healthy life.

We know what we’re doing -- with 55 years of experience, our staff in Richfield, Brooklyn Center, and Hopkins serve individuals and families like yours each year. Our therapists, psychiatrists, caseworkers, and administrative staff are dedicated to empowering people of all ages to live emotionally healthy lives. Youable's services include outpatient therapy, individual DBT, psychiatric services, in-school therapy, and more throughout the Twin Cities.

As a community in mourning following the tragic shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church and School, Children's Minnesota, along with over 60 organizations that care for and advocate on behalf of Minnesota children, sent a letter to the Governor and Minnesota Legislative leaders. The letter is a call to action urging them to pass common sense gun legislation and make critical investments in the mental health supports our community needs.
