PAULA WARNER BIO//

Paula Warner established her Advanced Bodywork and Massage practice in 1997. Her action plan helps her clients understand how to get pain-free ASAP and stay healthy long-term. Paula has spent 25 years working with real people from 13 to 93, including some celebrities, athletes, and lots of regular folks. She has worked with professional athletes from various sports like Willie McGinest (NFL), Junior Bryant (NFL), Ryan Nece (NFL), Dorian Yates (Mr. Olympia), Lolo Jones (US Track and Field), Chris Simon (AHL), AC Green (AHL), Rob Blake (AHL), Jennifer Capriati (Tennis), Chone Figgins (MLB), Gabe Kapler (MLB), Fernando Vargas (Pro Boxer), Jason Kapono (NBA), Luke Rockhold, (UFC), Ramsey Nijem (UFC), and Russell Mason (world record holding cyclist). She has also worked with celebrities from Robert Duval, Michael Caine, Ray Liotta, Brooke Burke and Bruce Buffer, the "Voice of the Octagon." Paula's journey into the health industry began at Essential Health (Chiropractic and Nutrition Office). She continued at Clinicare, Pro Camp Sports at Gold's Gym in Venice, CA, the UCLA Women's Softball team (as they rose to win the world series), and the Sevier Valley Trailblazers mountain biking team. Paula is certified in shiatsu (The Tao Healing Arts Center), Swedish massage therapy (The Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing), Neuro Structural Bodywork (The Kali Institute for Massage and Somatic Therapies), and Movement and Mobility (MWOD). Paula presently lives in and works in Salt Lake City, Utah, and travels to Sevier County, Utah, and Los Angeles, California, to work with clients. Through her 25 years of private practice, she continues to pursue her passion – helping people become more connected to their bodies to take control of their health and redefine aging as we know it.

The Norwegian 4x4 sprint is a high-intensity interval training method involving 4 intervals of 4 minutes of hard effort (at about 85–95% of max heart rate), each followed by 3 minutes of active recovery. It’s designed to maximize cardiovascular fitness and endurance efficiently, and this research shows that it can even reverse age-related shrinking of the heart!
