New video is up: Be Still. Pause.
Self-care doesn’t always have to be a big routine, sometimes it’s one small moment that helps you open your heart safely.
Something that came up in a reading yesterday really landed for me: when my heart is closed and my logical brain keeps taking over, I’m not allowing… I’m interrupting the process.
So today I blended for that. The oils I pulled were: Frankincense, Cedarwood, Rose, and Coriander Seed, a blend for stillness, nervous system support, and gently coming back into the heart.
If you’ve been overthinking, stalling out, or trying to “figure it out,” this is your reminder:
You don’t need to solve it. You need to pause long enough to let it move.
