The Gene Keys, created by Richard Rudd, are a living transmission, an invitation to move from shadow into gift and toward your highest essence.

Yin Yoga is a slow paced style where we hold yoga postures for longer periods of time in a quiet, meditative state.
Yin is known as the feminine style of yoga. It is passive- non forcing and striving.

When we allow gravity to take over and find this sense of surrender in the various postures we get deeper into the connective tissues creating flexibility and strength.

Yin is a very quiet and meditative class that will leave you feeling balanced and grounded.

Benefits of yin:
Calms and balances the mind and body.
Reduces stress and anxiety.
Increases circulation.
Improves flexibility.
Releases fascia and improves joint mobility.
Balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana

This is a trauma certified class meaning there is an understanding of the impact of trauma on physical, emotional, and mental health

It simply opens when the time is right.

Petal by petal, it trusts the process of becoming.

we move through life quickly, searching for the next thing, the next step, the next answer…
And yet the quiet miracles are always here.

The breath moving in and out.
The warmth of the sun.
The way the body softens when we pause.

Maybe the practice is simply To slow down enough to notice.
