Join Lauren for a gentle, welcoming experience where yoga is broken down in a way that actually makes sense — no pressure, no rushing, no expectation to “get it right.”

We’ll explore:
The basics of vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga
Simple, accessible breathwork you can use in daily life
A gentle meditation to help everything land

This class is for:
• Brand new beginners
• Students returning to the mat
• Anyone who wants to understand why we move the way we do
• Anyone curious about different styles without committing to one

New here? This is where we recommend you start.

Our One-Week Unlimited Pass isn’t just a deal — it’s an invitation to experience our community.

In one week, you get the freedom to:
Try different class styles
Practice with different teachers
Visit different studio locations
Notice what actually resonates with your body and nervous system

Every teacher at our studio teaches from their own lived experience, voice, and wisdom. We don’t ask them to fit into a mold — because yoga isn’t meant to be one-size-fits-all.

Some classes will feel grounding.
Some will challenge you.
Some will surprise you.

That’s the point.

This pass gives you space to explore without pressure, compare without commitment, and discover the teachers, styles, and rhythms that feel like home to you.

Yoga works best when it meets you where you are — and we believe diversity in teaching is a strength, not a flaw.

Come experience the magic of choice, curiosity, and connection.

One week. Unlimited classes. Endless ways to find your flow.

Only $19 for new students
Your passes work at both locations!

At first, we come for the stretch.
The breath.
The moment of quiet in a loud world.

But slowly, something else begins to shift.

You respond instead of react.
You listen instead of rush.
You feel your life instead of moving through it on autopilot.

Yoga works beneath the surface.
It softens the places that have been gripping for years.
It strengthens the parts of you that forgot they were allowed to lead.

And one day, without trying to fix yourself,
you realize you’re meeting life differently.

More present.
More honest.
More you.

This is the practice.
Not perfect poses — but a transformed way of being.

Try out our studios with the new student special: one week unlimited for $19
Your pass works at both locations so you can enjoy our many offerings!

If you’ve been feeling the quiet pull for more…
more meaning, more presence, more depth…

Not because something is wrong,
but because your system is ready for a different pace.

A yoga retreat isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about stepping far enough away to remember how you want to live it.

Slower mornings.
Deeper conversations.
Movement that listens instead of pushes.
Rest that actually restores.

If 2026 is about choosing what nourishes you,
put a retreat on your vision board.

The first day of 2026
And our first gathering at Richfield already feels like a tone setter, a seed planted for what this space is becoming: our sanctuary studio.

We gathered for gentle yoga, meditation, and vision board creation.
A common thread wove through the room:
peace, joy, presence, and intention.
Living in right relationship with all of life.

What a beautiful moment.
What a gift to witness this beginning.
Thank you for being here ❤️🙏

I’m so looking forward to gathering more often in Circle — creating ritual, deepening our roots of community, and sitting together in ceremony.

Full Moon Circle tomorrow night
Friday 1/2
6:00–7:15 pm

Another opportunity to sit in community, guided by ceremony and lunar wisdom under the Cancer full moon

Donation only.
All are welcome.

Jan 1 post

Happy New Year, Half Moon Yoga community!

I am so grateful to walk with you all into another new year.

2025 was one of the biggest years I’ve experienced in business—many items checked off the bucket list—but it was also one of the most emotionally and mentally challenging years yet. In conversations with many of you, I know this energy was shared across our communities.

Through the lens of numerology, 2025 was a universal Year 9—a time of completion, clearing, and karmic release. A year where old chapters met their final page. A year that asked us to let go, surrender, and trust the unknown.

Now, we step into 2026, the threshold of a Year One cycle:
• A brand-new energetic beginning
• A chance to write a completely new story
• A chance to become the version of ourselves we’ve been preparing for

Amid heaviness or chaos, it’s easy to feel lost—but when we surrender, the light returns, and a new path becomes clear. Often, it is in these challenging moments that the most beautiful magic is created.

We have bravely and boldly released what no longer serves us, allowing ourselves to step into what’s next.

2026 is greeting our studios with something softer and deeper:
A holistic experience. A deep healing for our nervous system. And, of course, a radiant community that supports our health and growth.

This Month at HMY:
• Flow Into New Beginnings: Vinyasa classes to energize your body and awaken your motivation- check out our new Movement Membership in the flyers below!
• Reset & Release: Yin and restorative sessions to let go of old patterns and make space for the new
• Intentional Living: Mindful rituals—breathwork, journaling, or gentle movement—to align your mind, body, and spirit with Year One energy
• Astrology & Holistic Wellness Insights: Discover our new holistic wellness offering, AYA, combining Medical Astrology, Ayurveda support, and a custom-tailored yoga practice. Read more on our website!

Let’s welcome 2026 with curiosity, courage, and conscious choice. Your mat is more than a practice—it’s the starting point for the life you want to create.

With warmth and inspiration,
Lauren and the whole team at Half Moon Yoga
