Our team consists of an outreach coordinator, pediatric nurse, wellness coaches, and a social worker. NOTCH It Up utilizes a holistic approach to both physical and mental health and works with families to develop an individual plan to meet their needs. With our team approach we are able to offer a wide array of services from physical activity, mental health counseling, family supports, assistance with accessing doctors, dentists, and other health care providers. NOTCH It Up will be bringing exciting health and wellness activities to area communities such as cooking & nutrition classes, yoga, community walks and bike rides, family kayaking & canoeing, and much more.
