Maybe you can relate.
Class reunions are loved by some. I am not 1 of them.

They bring up alot of self worth questions I had growing up.

As an adult I dont struggle with that question. I know who I am. I do the work.

But the thought of going made me cringe..and my inner voice was spot on. (Who do you need to prove what too???)

I walked in looked around at total strangers and walked out..

I felt so relieved and happy with my life as I drove away.
My guts never wrong, but sometimes I dismiss her..

And maybe it was a lesson I needed reminding of.

There is a balance although it can seem impossible. There are lots of things that seem impossible and yet possible. Believe in that💜

Last night I needed to hide and think.
I needed to wrap my brain around a thing I had no control over.
I felt gutted.
Lost.
When I was ready to stop internalizing and stop staring into space. I saw the light and my sign and thought..
this is only a thought, I am only viewing it as poor hurt me. What would I say to a client?
"Hold space for what you are feeling"
"What is the thought connected to the feeling"
"Is it ture"
"Does it own you"
And then I left the shift.
I still needed to sit in the dark for another hour! Cause hard things are f hard.
But this morning I am moving forward with a new prospective, and all ready feeling a change.
We all have hard things, but we are never alone it.
