Stairway To Wellness Stairway To Wellness: A Center For Yoga, Healing and Exercise. A schedule and contact information for massage therapists is available on the web site.

Stairway To Wellness is an exciting studio located in a renovated building downtown Richland Center. Current offerings include, Hatha & Yinyasa Yoga, Zumba, Meditation and Spinning classes every week. The Center is open during regularly scheduled classes and workshops and by appointment for massages. The studio is available for workshops and teachers interested in teaching at Stairway To Wellness are encouraged to contact us.

Wine and Yoga Thursdays at 5:30. See you in the hills!

Make sure to join certified yoga instructor and sommelier Lara Carpenter for a fun and rigorous yoga session in the vineyard! Yoga starts at 5:30, but come early to check-in. Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, bug spray, and sunscreen. Yoga is $15. Every Thursday in summer!

Tonight, with a mixture of sadness and excitement for the future, we closed the doors of Stairway To Wellness for the final time. Tomorrow morning Jaime, Marge and I will be opening up just around the corner at 130 S. Central, Jaime and Marge in suite #3 and I will be in suite #4. Stay tuned to our page for updates as we take this next step (without a staircase) on our journey promoting health and wellness in our community. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to practice in this beautiful space for the past 16 years, however I am looking forward to the ability to grow my practice and better serve my students in my new space.
