Self care for massage therapists

Description:
Learn tools and techniques to have a long healthy career or pick up something fun to rejuvenate your dharma. This course is all about self care. How to fill your own cup so much that it's over-flowing and give to others the overflow. We will discuss journaling and how it can be valuable to you. This course also includes a full yoga session and breathing techniques.
Learning Outcomes:
Students will demonstrate self-care techniques and learn why they are valuable. Students will demonstrate various ways to journal and learn a "caring for myself" technique. Students will demonstrate yoga and how it can apply to proper body mechanics. Students will demonstrate breathing techniques and how it can provide a mindful massage.
