One of the frequently asked questions: How do I prepare for my test?

It's simple!

❌ Avoid food, drink and exercise for 2 hours prior to your test. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to your test.

✅ Wear tight-fitting swimwear or a sports bra with compression shorts (women) or cycling shorts without a chamois (men).

Adhering to these simple guidelines ensures the most accurate testing results. Wearing the same clothes every time you test also helps with consistent testing conditions--so snap a photo so you don't forget between tests (it happens!).

You need more than a plan--you need systems!

A plan is a great idea, but how are you going to get there? The systems (or habits) you establish and create are the stepping stones to you reaching your goal with your outlined plan.

Having a goal is a first step, writing it down is even better. But how are you going to meet that goal? What are the things you need to do, the changes you need to make or the systems you need to be consistent with to help you make your plan happen?
