Maybe the point isn’t to shrink your feelings… it’s to expand your capacity to hold them.
More present. More connected. More honest with ourselves. More alive.
So much of life teaches us to numb, push it down, stay busy, “be strong,” keep going. But healing often asks for the opposite: to slow down and look inward. To listen to what your body has been holding. To notice the patterns you keep repeating. To get curious about the parts of you that learned to survive.
Healing isn’t just “getting over it.”
It’s learning how to be with yourself with compassion, with softness, with accountability.
It’s doing the inner work when no one is clapping for you.
It’s choosing you… again and again.
If you’re in a season where you feel a lot
that doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It might mean you’re finally coming home to yourself.
Reflection prompts:
• What am I avoiding feeling right now?
• What is my body trying to tell me?
• What part of me needs care, not criticism?
• What would it look like to support myself the way I support everyone else?
You don’t have to heal perfectly. You just have to keep showing up gently, honestly, consistently. 🫀
