At the heart of At Home Staffing, a trusted in-home healthcare service, are two dynamic women whose story is as inspiring as the care they provide. Over the years, that friendship blossomed into a powerful professional partnership grounded in shared values, unwavering work ethic, and a deep passion for helping others. Their journey into healthcare began as caregivers, where they found purpose in supporting others during their most vulnerable times. Pushing each other to grow, they both pursued nursing school and achieved their credentials together—never losing sight of their mission. Though their careers took them to separate workplaces, their conversations continued to center around the challenges within the healthcare system and their desire to do more, and do better. It wasn’t long before they realized they could create something of their own—an organization built on integrity, collaboration, and excellence. To make their dream a reality, Ana and Angelica took a leap of faith, left their jobs, and became traveling nurses to accelerate their savings. Within a year, At Home Staffing was born. Today, At Home Staffing proudly employs 14 full-time and 44 part-time team members, offering a wide range of in-home care services—from light housekeeping and companionship to wound and drain care, skilled nursing, and hospice support. The company continues to grow, built on the same principles that have guided Ana and Angelica since day one: compassion, teamwork, and quality care without compromise. Their story is a testament to what can be accomplished with vision, courage, and a commitment to community.
