What he says, is the same thing my mother thought us. Every single eclipse as a child we were kept indoors, in silence. If you had to go outside in case of an emergency, she would tell us we should only look down. Is a moment where darkness takes over the light and cous happens, yet it allows us to recenter ourselves, dying and rebirthing.

For pregnant women, my mom always says to avoid going outdoors at all costs, also use a red ribbon around your belly, or a safety-pin on your shirt.

I do believe this eclipse is different, since it’s also working with our consciousness as a collective, many religious beliefs also point this time as The Great Awakening, we are leaving behind the Earth we once knew and grew up in.

We are preparing for evolution and transformation of our Christ Conciousness. Take some time during the eclipse to be in silence, no playing, no laughing, just sitting indoors in silence with yourself, a moment of reverence and reflect to recreate your path.

Lo que me enseñó mi Mamita, sobre los Eclipses!!!

En cada eclipse, cuando éramos niños, nos mantenían encerrados en casa, en silencio. Si tuvieras que salir en caso de una emergencia, ella nos diría que solo deberíamos mirar hacia abajo.

Es un momento donde la oscuridad se apodera de la luz y sucede el cous, pero nos permite volver a centrarnos, morir y renacer.

Para las mujeres embarazadas, mi mamá siempre dice que eviten salir a toda costa, que también usen una cinta roja alrededor de su vientre o un imperdible en su camisa.

Hasta el día de hoy, dice mami. “Mija no salgas por nada! Los eclipses siempre traen destrucción.” Si prestas atención, es cuando hay más desastres naturales. En este momento de mi vida, NUNCA dudo de sus enseñanzas, ya que he aprendido que los mayores dicen cosas que pueden parecer tontas, pero que detrás de ellas hay muchísima sabiduría.

Sí creo que este eclipse es diferente, ya que también está trabajando con nuestra conciencia como colectivo, muchas creencias religiosas también señalan este momento como El Gran Despertar, estamos dejando atrás la Tierra que una vez conocimos y en la que crecimos. Nos estamos preparando para la evolución y transformación de nuestra Conciencia Crística.

Tómate un tiempo durante el eclipse para estar en silencio, sin jugar, sin reír, simplemente sentándote en silencio contigo mismo, un momento de reverencia y reflexión para recrear tu camino.

Every day is a reason to celebrate everything, but today being works as a reminder of my personal inner healing. I thought I was very feminine in my young years. I always used dresses, heels, my long hair and so on. Yet, I always attracted men that needed to be taken care of, protected and so on.

Once I realized my patterns, I took a closer look, and realized, I had so much healing to do from what I thought a Male partner was. Slowly, I allowed myself to receive, to be nurtured and even rescued. Like the princess in the castle, why not? It’s beautiful to be taken away in a man’s arms, to be protected and loved.

It wasn’t easy, I had an inner battle within myself. Of “I can do this on my own”. We aren’t meant to do anything alone, other then be born and physically die. We are perfect and Divine, as a Women, being in my Feminine energy has allowed me to have a much more easy life. I rest when my body is going thru a cycle, I cook delicious meals, I still love wearing long skirts and dancing around just like a little girl.

I accept, honor and love my Femininity as I do my masculinity, yet in this reality my role is of a Women. I will honor that energy and continue to dance bare foot with my skirt. Being a women goes in deeper then just what we wear, but it sure is beautiful to use dresses and skirts. Lol…

THE ENERGY POWER OF THE SKIRT

The use of the long skirt was a sign of ritual, ceremony, a time out of time. By wearing skirts, women empowered themselves with their femininity and divine protection, dressing like Goddesses (which we are). We create a spiral that reaches directly to our first chakra, the root chakra (in the perineum), responsible for our ability to survive, our most instinctive part that leads us to creativity and sexuality through our second chakra, just below the belly button.

Also through the movement of the skirt, with this gentle wave, we open ourselves to the wisdom of Grandmother Moon, simulating the circles that delimit her path from phases from black moon to full moon.
