I’ve gained and lost some faces along the way- and I will surely continue to do so. So, if you’re reading this- thank you for being here 🤗; My name is Molly and I’ve gone through ups and downs and trying to define what it is that I do because the language “I teach yoga” seem too “cute” and hollow these days for something that contains so much depth, healing, and tradition.
There’s a quote that says something like: after you strip away the ego, all the titles- mother, wife, sister, your job title, your hair color, your zodiac sign, etc…
Who are you?
I teach physical asana.
I teach breath work.
I teach meditation.
I weave the 8 limbs throughout my teachings...
Every time? All the time? Probably not.
I teach mindfulness.
I can make you sweat.
I can activate your “rest mode”.
Yes. All yoga teacher should…
But what do I DO???

Yoga and movement helps me connect back to MY personal power: my confidence, my self-worth, my willpower, my purpose. Yoga holds space while I process life; It brings me back to center.
Coincidentally, the third/solar plexus chakra (energy system in your subtle body) is associated with ALL of these things- one word that encompasses so much that I have found and so much that I wish to convey through my teachings…somehow it kind of all came together effortlessly. A simple knowing. Aha! Of course. Cue: MANIPURA (mah-knee-poo-rah)
