Our Tai Chi Chih class is designed to support healing through gentle, mindful movement with a focus on improving hypermobility, reducing inflammation, and restoring balance within the body.

Tai Chi Chih consists of 19 movements and 1 pose, repeated 9 times on each side, making it approachable, meditative, and easy to learn for all experience levels. This practice allows participants to connect with the principles of Qi Gong, the healing nature of movement, while improving body awareness, mobility, circulation, and calmness.
