With my upcoming medical leave, I have decided to take advantage of my down time & start my training for an esthetician license. I'm hoping to offer services such as facials, body wraps & scrubs along with some hair removal services. Notification of Scheduled Medical Leave and Limited Availability

Please note that I am scheduled to undergo spinal fusion surgery on September 15 and will require at least 8-12 weeks for recovery. In preparation for my medical leave, my availability for the remainder of July, August, and September is limited to the following dates:

July: 24, 25, 26, 29, 30, and 31
August: 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23
September: 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13
