THE CALMING EFFECTS OF SOUND BATH HEALING

I have had several yoga restorative classes that included a sound bath with crystal bowls over the course of a few months. I noticed an interesting coincidence after each sound bath. The calming effect it produced on my cat. He has a lot of energy and is prone to scratching if he doesn't get enough exercise. Following each class, I observed a change in his temperment. Calm, relaxed, and very affectionate. Ahhhmazing!

Crystal sound baths can be a calming and therapeutic experience for cats, potentially reducing anxiety and promoting relaxation. The vibrations and frequencies from crystal bowls can induce a meditative state, similar to how they affect humans, leading to decreased stress and improved sleep quality.

How Crystal Sound Baths May Benefit Cats:
