☀️37 Rotations Around the ☀️

Yesterday I celebrated circling the sun for the 37th time—grateful for the journey, the lessons, the stumbles, the joy, and the humans who’ve walked beside me.

In these years, I’ve come to hold close 7 truths that have changed my life:

1. Accept your weirdness and find your weirdos – Life is too short to dim your light. The right people will be drawn to your authenticity like moths to flame.

2. Gratitude for the little things – A warm cup, a kind glance, the sun on your skin—these are the sacred moments that make a life.

3. Pay attention to your thoughts – What we repeat becomes what we believe. Choose curiosity over criticism.

4. Kindness matters – To self. To others. It softens the edges and creates space for healing.

5. Every heartbreak is a teacher – Some people come to awaken us, not to stay.

6. Boundaries are an act of self-love – They’re not walls, they’re doors with locks and keys.

7. Loving fully doesn’t mean losing yourself – Real love includes your voice, your needs, and your boundaries.

Here’s to continuing the spiral, growing wiser (and weirder), and dancing through the next rotation with open arms, a curious heart, and a deep reverence for the beauty in being human. 🤸🏻‍♀️🏔️💜🎉☮️💐💧🥰

A friend once told me: "Bad moms don’t worry about getting it wrong, only the good ones do." So if you’re a mom who feels like you’re messing up sometimes, you’re not alone! The very fact that you care means you're doing better than you think. Happy Mother’s Day to all the imperfect moms—the ones who try, stumble, love hard, and just want their kids to be happy and healthy. You don’t need to be Instagram-perfect to be a great mom.

Also, Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers whose parenthood looks unconventional: those who are TTC, have lost a child, have lost a pregnancy, who have adopted, are fostering, who cannot have children, or are step-mothers. We see you. You deserve to be celebrated, too.

Our Story

My name is Keilani Perisian-Mason and I am a licensed mental health counselor Tri Cities, WA. No matter if it is a training, workshop, individual session, or group I am authentic and down to earth in what I do. In my trainings I connect real life examples and stories that bring new insight, and in my individual and group sessions I provide authenticity and I make counseling a fun and engaging experience. I provide individual and group counseling to tweens, teens, and adults. Evolve provides trainings in su***de prevention, emotion coaching, mindfulness in education, technology and childhood development, and more!
