👉 Truth: Mental health challenges aren’t about willpower. Healing requires tools, support, and sometimes treatment, not shame.
3️⃣ Myth: “Therapy is only for people in crisis.”
👉 Truth: Therapy can help anyone! Whether you’re navigating stress, wanting healthier relationships, or growing in self-awareness.
4️⃣ Myth: “Talking about mental health makes things worse.”
👉 Truth: Silence fuels stigma. Open conversations create connection, understanding, and healing.
The more we replace myths with truth, the closer we get to a world where taking care of our mental health is normalized. 🌱
