Between sticky cranberry sauce, rolls, and all that pumpkin pie, your kiddo’s teeth work overtime. Here are a few easy ways to help protect their smile:

✅ Brush (and floss!) after the feast
✅ Pack a travel toothbrush if you're celebrating away from home

Quick holiday habit checklist:

✔️ Flossing once a day for squeaky-clean spaces between teeth
✔️ Drinking water between sweet snacks to rinse away sugar
