Sometimes Empowering others isn’t about words, it’s about action. Today this woman changed one of our other clients minds just by SHOWING them they can do ANYTHING!! I’m so proud of how Britni showed up to her cold plunge and massage combo, today! She kicked this 3 minutes ass like it was NOTHING and then experienced the after effect of that combo with the massage. Incase you haven’t tried and were wondering, it’s absolute HEAVEN! Totally takes your massage to the next level! Because of her, I have already scheduled another clients FIRST cold plunge and I’m so excited for them to experience this! I just have a feeling she’s going to persuade a few others that they too can do hard things! 💕🙌🏻
