🎉 Each month, our Resident Council chooses an employee who they feel has earned the Resident Choice award. This month, they chose Tracie Hall. As a new additional to Life Care Center of Richland's activities department, she has made significant improvements to the department and facility.

Tracie has gone to visit patients at the hospital, takes residents on outings like the annual art festival and over all has displayed her dedication and passion to her work daily. 😊
