I'm kicking off fall with ideas on staying nourished during September. September is often treated like "second January"--as kids head back to school, commitments ramp up and the season changes, it's not uncommon to reset and reevaluate the goals and intentions that were set in January (remember those??).
Beginning September 1, I'll be sharing recipes, tips and tricks to help you stay on track with your health and wellness goals whether you are headed back to the classroom or just needing to reset for the next 3 months.
Nothing fancy, no lists (unless it's a grocery list!). Learn to nourish your body holistically. I'll be offering things I do in my own life as I, myself, am headed back to the classroom this fall as an educator--I'm right there with you, balancing the school day and the ability to stay nourished and hydrated while preventing getting that first cold or flu of the year! π¦ π·
