I think most of us would agreeβ¦ this last year (and the one before) has been tough for many reasons. And when it comes time to setting πΎπ πππ€ for the βπΌπ ππΌπΈβ, it can feel a bit overwhelming before we even get started. ππ»ββοΈ
If you feel like you are treading backwards or just keeping your head above water- itβs ok! It simply means itβs time for a βπΌπ½βπΌπβ. π€β¨
I encourage you to not make your 2022 resolutions about what you'd like to "achieveβ, but instead, about what πΈβπππβ πππΌβπ you will take to make forward Progress.
Not only will this make you much happier and more fulfilledβ¦ You will feel more motivated because you are accomplishing something, because what you βπΈβ control are your Actions (you can't always control the outcomes). We call that ββππΎβπΌππ! ππ»
