Learning and teaching others the importance of balance when it comes to food, fun, and work. What the heck is Caneex, anyway? Caneex is a nickname that was given to me by a dear friend of mine. The name comes from the Spanish word "canica" which means "marble". My friend and I were on a trolley in San Diego when a strange man came within inches of my face and declared loudly that my eyes were like marbles. It was a little creepy, a lot hilarious, and since that day, the name Caneex has stuck! Caneex Fitness Evolution exists to assist women to champion their goals using focused, family-friendly nutrition and fitness education. As an independent Beachbody Coach, I provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help you get started and stay consistent on your path to better health and fitness. I help you to commit to the course of action required to conquer the obstacles keeping you from living the life you envision for yourself. I promote your ownership of responsibility to produce deliberate, controlled change resulting in the achievement of tremendous goals.
