At Recovery and Wellness Center of Eastern Washington, we provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment for depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. If you or someone you love is experiencing symptoms that feel difficult to manage, help is available.

Eating disorders can look different for everyone, and many people struggle quietly.

Changes in eating habits, increased anxiety around food, withdrawal from social situations, or feelings of guilt after eating can sometimes signal that someone may need additional support.

Recognizing these signs early can help people receive the care they need before the condition becomes more severe.

If you or someone you care about may be struggling, professional support can help guide the recovery process.

Stressful seasons often call for smaller, steadier forms of care.

Gentle routines, time to reset, and staying connected with supportive people can help create stability when life feels overwhelming.

These steps may seem simple, but they can make a meaningful difference over time.

If stress continues to feel overwhelming, professional support can help. Reach out to us at 509-619-0519.

Access to quality mental health care isn’t the same for everyone. Minority communities continue to face significant disparities—receiving less access, getting lower-quality care, and experiencing higher rates of early treatment discontinuation.

For example, Asian and Black adults are more likely than white adults to report difficulty finding a mental health provider who understands their background or experiences.

These disparities stem from systemic barriers such as financial constraints, stigma, and language access. At Recovery and Wellness Center of Eastern Washington, we’re committed to breaking down these barriers and providing culturally responsive, accessible mental health care.

Contact us at 509-619-0519 to learn more about our services. You deserve care that understands you.

If you’re concerned about your teen’s emotional well-being, trust that instinct. You know your child better than anyone, and if something feels different or concerning, that matters.

Reaching out for professional support opens a conversation about what your teen might need.
Sometimes having a neutral space to process feelings and develop coping strategies can make all the difference.

You don’t need a diagnosis to get support, and your teen doesn’t need to be in crisis to benefit from professional guidance. Reach out to us at 509-619-0519 to get started.
