Good morning My Peoples! I’m still on cloud 9 from my conference last week! If you visit Charleston SC, go to the International African American Museum (IAAM). It was so nice, I had to go twice!

Yesterday was a big day! I met Dr. Shelley Murphy, Bernice Bennett & Nicka Smith! It was the highlight of my day. Plus classes with Taneya Koonce and Renate Yarborough Sanders were resourceful and enlightening. I’m having such a wonderful experience

I AM SUCH A HUGE FAN! I was so happy to meet Brian Sheffey yesterday at IAAM. If you know anything about the Facebook show Genealogy Adventures, this is the host along with his cousin Donya who are genealogy & history rock stars! Now I just need to meet Donya! Happy to attend the Afro-American Historical & Genealogical Society conference this week and learn more!!
