Join us for another Sound Bath with Shepherd! 🥣 🧘🏼♀️
A sound bath is a full body meditative experience meant to calm the mind and body. Shepherd uses crystal singing bowls to produce vibrational resonant sounds that stimulate therapeutic healing. With over 15 years of experience in energy work and healing arts, she has the most soothing energy and you are bound to leave this meditation session feeling revived!

Introducing our new massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, Berit!
Join us in welcoming our newest healer! Berit graduated from The Healing Arts Center in 2025 and has been honing her craft since. She practices many modalities including; Myofascial release, oncology massage, reiki, trigger points, prenatal and PT stretching. Berit is always on the lookout to learn new things and bringing that knowledge to help aid the clients healing and relaxation. Outside of massage Berit is a local STL artist, and loves to bring creativity into her sessions. Berit has a strong, gentle healing touch, sure to help you unwind and connect to your inner self.
