A sound bath is a full body meditative experience meant to calm the mind and body. Shepherd uses crystal singing bowls to produce vibrational resonant sounds that stimulate therapeutic healing. With over 15 years of experience in energy work and healing arts, she has the most soothing energy and you are bound to leave this meditation session feeling revived!
