Paradise Memorial Funeral Home proudly supports this gospel concert. We extend an invitation to join us for an uplifting musical experience. Our target is to have over 200 individuals in attendance on Sunday, December 7th at 4:01 pm at The Historic Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Coconut Grove. This concert is offered at no cost, and we encourage participation from Dade, Broward, Monroe, and Palm Beach counties. Families and friends are welcome to attend. good morning everyone and happy Thanksgiving. Let us give God thanks for all he has done for us and everything that he will be doing for us. So let us look to the hills and give God some glory. well, I’m out here working for Paradise since 6:45 AM and I know most of you’re probably asleep and some others are preparing their Thanksgiving meals for today. So since I am working, I will stop by all of your houses for lunch and dinner. So if you haven’t told God, thank you, why not tell him thank you at this moment. It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of Dr. Virgil Rogers, one of the most exceptional Assistant Principals in the history of South Miami Sr. High. Having opened the school in 1971, Dr. Rogers demonstrated remarkable administrative prowess, combining kindness with strength. After a long and fulfilling life of 94 years, Dr. Rogers will be deeply missed. All former faculty, staff, and graduates of South Miami Sr. High are cordially invited to attend the funeral services. A public viewing will be held on Friday, October 17 from 5 pm to 7 pm, followed by the funeral service on Saturday, October 18 at 11 am. Both services will take place at Martin Memorial AME Church, located at 14700 Lincoln Blvd., Miami, Florida 33176, in Richmond Heights.
