9:00 AM Arrival
Come in, settle, tea available, calm start.
9:30 AM Gentle Yoga
Accessible movement to help everyone land in their body (no experience needed).
Morning Session
We learn about the nervous system in practical, easy-to-understand ways and how breath + body practices help regulate stress and emotions.
Breaks
Short breaks are woven in throughout the day, and you can step out anytime.
Guided Breathwork Session
A supported, lying-down practice. You are always in control and can rest whenever you need.
Lunch — around 1 PM
Nourishing food, downtime, connection.
Afternoon Integration
Gentle reflection and real-life tools for staying grounded and calm.
Second Body/Breath Session
A lighter, regulating practice focused on feeling steady and clear.
Closing — around 4:30–5 PM
What to wear: comfy clothes, layers, bring a journal if you’d like
