I made the treacherous hike ALLLLLLL the way up to the actual Vortex/Saddle of Cathedral Rock. What an amazing experience. I set my intent while sitting there and was absolutely overwhelmed with the blessings that I have with our yoga family. Ann, Robert, Nia, Mairi, Aya, Kristen, Hoonam….yall were forefront in my mind along with EVERY single beautiful soul that comes and lands on their mats at Great Oak Yoga for practice. My life is now complete ❤️
